      True enough, O master PITA.
      But, that is members only.
This covers the general populace. BD

Does a WIP count? The assembled one was a test go but I'm building the second one with a PE set. This Trumpeter kit is awful without the PE set.

            I usually prefer a WIP.
Is it odd that I like to see things like a car or boat apart more than finished?
I guess it is the closet/engineer in me that likes to see how things are put together. BD

Launching Ways looks like that is the place to showcase your sub. It is not clear if it is a place for WIP or just finished subs. I would vote for only finished. The other issue is from the old site is you could not upload your own photo so people were using postimg or some other hosting site. <be forewarned rant coming> My problem with using a hosting site (and is fixed with this new site - you can upload directly to SC site) is 5 years from now, you delete some photos to make room or the hosting site purges photos and now the thread or posting is mostly useless. Going through Launching Ways last night, a majority can be deleted because there are no photos anymore and/or useful text. It aches me to see how much knowledge has disappeared in our hobby because a thread makes no sense to what the text says. <O.K. rant was mild> I would plead for everyone posting to use the upload SC website offers. That way a build is kept intact and someone a decade later wanting to build a sub can glean from your WIP and others. <O.K. rant really over now>
I think BD makes a good point as far as having a place to show off your completed sub. If the builder has a WIP he/she can post the link to the build on SC.
              What do you think?
              Peace,
              Tom
If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.
