Any 1/96 slide off decals for subs available?

I'm not very good at dry transfers. There has to be ready made slide off water decals for 1/96 boats out there somewhere with the draft markings and such already done.
Dave used to make some for his Skipjack but he doesn't anymore. Anyone know of a company who has these?

I made my own waterslide

I made my own waterslide decals for a Thor Design PERMIT. I bought some blank decal paper and white dry transfers. Apply the dry transfers to the blank decal paper, spray on a light coat of clear coat. Cut out and apply the the decal. I used a Post-it note to keep the dry transfers aligned. I marked the Post-it note at 1/4 inch intervals for the draft marks.

Just a slight problem with printing on a color ink jet printer - most don't print in white. The closest might be a light gray or silver/pewter shade.
