Why cant I upload an avatar?

[color=#000000]I have 64x64 tiny 3.5 kb photo to upload as my avatar but I get this when I hit the upload button!

see if Bob or one of the site admins can place it somewhere for you to grab

I checked the various admin bits for avatars and such...

You should be able to upload a personal avatar.

What kind of graphic file is it? Send me a copy of it and I'll see what I can do.
