I would try RainX. It might just do it. Let us know if it does. Dave.

      Blow nitrogen through it to

Blow nitrogen through it to dry the mositure out and seal it with the nitrogen gas inside. Nitrogen is a inert gas and is used
to displace the air that contains the moisture. If you know sombody who welds they may have a cylinder of nitrogen. They use it to displace the combustible oxygen when welding tanks.

Or maybe take it to a window shop that does double pane windows. They use a inert gas between the glass panes to prevent condensation.

If you have room how about some desicant crystals. Those little white bags that says don't swallow, that come with new appliances. They soak up moisture. Pour a little in the enclosed case. They will need to be dryed from time to time.
I believe this can be done by backing them in the oven.

Check the internet for desicant use.

          Thierry,
          I had the same problem

          Thierry,
I had the same problem with condensation (hot day, very cold lake). I bought some desicant bags and never had the problem again. In theory, you can drop the dew point to -40°F with desicant. Desicant bags are really cheap and safe.
