Best Filler - What to use on my hull

Oh great subcommitte knowledge base, i am in need of a good all round filler that has good adhesion and can be sanded or shaped with a file without plugging it up eg,dries fairly hard. I intend to dive the boat so it will have to be resistant to H20.

Milliput extra fine. Expenisve, and

Milliput extra fine. Expenisve, and only good for filling small areas but it is a fantastic product.

Epoxy based, so waterproof.

For large areas, I use ordinary polyester car body filler, which somes in various grades.

I use 3M acrylic red touch-up putty for dings and scratches.
