Typhoon Magazine - where to subscribe?

There is a russian magazine called "Typhoon" that is in publication. This is where that wonderful book on the Alfa came from.
I can order some certain issues from armybook.com. But, I would like a subscription. Armybook said they could not help me.Somewhere,once, I saw the link to subscription,but cannot seem to find it now. I know it is in russian,but,that's ok.
Does anybody know?

I found a picture of

I found a picture of a 949 on the front of an issue of Typhoon posted on a russian site that must be a new. I am beginnig to realize there are some out there that I have not seen that may be avalible.
Does anyone else out there subscribe to it? If so, may I e-mail whoever about this?
