I received this note from Bob Dimmack of OTW:
"Company is called Next Level, They requested 600 (Type) X51 midget sub kits per year for 2 years.
I was initially very skeptical because that is an enormous number but after 3 to 4 emails with them still insisting I sent out a kit for them to look at. That was it no replies to emails when requesting its return. Warn other vendors don't get suckered in. They will just end up losing a kit.Or make sure they charge them first before shipping."
Bottom line is vendor beware if you are contacted by these people; you may lose your product, and receive no compensation. I believe Bob said that they were located in Spain.
