Thanks to (a) the initiative and, (b) the efforts of Lyle Jansma out of Bellingham, WA, a group of British Columbia and Washington State sub modelers has found shelter under the Subcom Inside Passage (S.I.P.) umbrella. We may well be the first international chapter of the SubCommittee, but, unfortunately, that new arrangement did sweet beans all for the weather. Rain, you know. Two hours of dry running time over two days ain’t all that great. And, for the group, it was the third time that the elements turned their back on us]
