The July 15th Fun Run at Dufferin Island Park has been called off due to no water in the pond. Hydro is digging a huge new tunnel from the upper river to the Queeston power plant. For worker safety, water flows have been altered and as a result the water has been reduced to a trickle through the pond. What was once 4' of clear water is now about 2' of scum.
So we will be meeting at Riverside Park instead. I will be coming up with Bruce Martin and hope to see everybody.
