Guys,
Some food for thought: Will Oudmayer tells me he will be back from his current vacation trip as of August 3rd, and looks forward to a Saturday sub run in Yorba Park as soon as possible after that—meaning, I suppose, August 9th. I know I personally already have commitments on that and the following two Saturdays, so I'm out as a participant until at least August 30th should anyone want to put off our next group outing that long. If not, I'd encourage any or all of you to join Will on the 9th (or any other Saturday of your mutual choosing) and I'll join you in spirit if nothing else—or perhaps swing by for quick hellos before or after my other obligations. So have at choosing an agreeable date right here in this message thread if you like.
I hereby also remind all of you that the annual Fall Fun Run in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park casting ponds is now officially scheduled for September 20 and 21—early this year, thankfully. I'm planning to attend as always, and look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible. It remains, all things considered, the very best sub-running venue I've ever experienced.

) Also, it's a year almost to the day since we had our last large-group Fun Run at the same locale...I'd say we're way overdue.
