    April Subrun

    Sorry,
No photos from this guy, but hopefully others did.
    It was a great time.
Greg had his 1/200 Boomer running with my experimental micro cylinder.
Patti had her Teskey FS1 back in the water after a system update.
It looked like it was running great.
I had my Neptune and even though the trim was still off it ran excellent, and its really fun to slide around with the extra brushless power.
Larry had installed a new prop in his Neptune like I have in mine but only running the stock motor.
He stated it had much more thrust than even the Rabosche 4 blader he was running.
Larry also had his new Mini Go Pro video camera mounted on top of the sub.
He said it will transmit the video to a tablet computer or smarty pantz phone as you run.
    (Surface only)
    But how cool is that.
Can't wait to see some video. Maybe he can post some.
A good time was had by all. BD.

Well I was selfish and only took pictures of my baby boomer. It ran well for it's first time out. A little tweaking and a different prop and she'll be good to go. It is so new I never took the protective wrap off of BD's "experimental" md1 cylinder. It was a good night and I think everyone ran well.

        Nice baby boomer!

Wasn't there an article in SCR about Carter Kaplan"s RC conversion of the 1/200 GW into a static diver.

Thanks for the kind words. It is based from a renwel kit (one with the interior) there is a long story behind it and I will try to post a build of sorts on it soon. Greg

            It's not my fault.
            I didn't do it.

            Just practicing!

Can't wait for the story. Give me a heads up and I will pop some corn. BD.

Here is the video. Had problems editing it down. Should watch this in full screen. WOW! Unless YouTube killed the quality.

George's had audio and no video and Larry's is gone after the second time I tried to view.
                  Just like Steve's videos.
Any progress on that problem Jeff or Paul?

Just FYI, both played and sounded fine on my Mac last night. Each was wonderful, BTW! BD, saw your TT roostertailing across the surface—fun! Whose was the camera boat? Another TT, I know; saw it in the non-POV video. Boat-bound video is just so cool. Gotta work on something like this for the SanFran casting ponds. SubRon5's Houston runs would be great for video too—quite clear water there in Hermann Park. Kudos to all you East Coast Fun Runners. Wish I coulda been there. So jealous; still haven't found a cooperative Olympic pool out here in the West...

Unfortunately, still nothing we can do to fix the problem. The IOS/Safari -Youtube issue is still there.

Watched both this am on Kindle, no problem. Tried just now, no pix on mine, no play on Larry's. Rebooted Kindle, both now play fine. Sounds like it could be some mobile issue. BD, try rebooting your i-thingey.

That was Larry's TT with his new Mini Go Pro camera.
