The only places I know of near here are branches of the Tenn river with slow currents. But there may be great places I have not seen yet as I have just been doing this since the start of summer. So far only in my pool.

Off Lorna road , found it on net but haven't seen recent activity, listed meetings on 1st and 3rd weekends.

I am not sure they are around anymore . Jarod and I started that club and he kinda took it over . I have been in and out of the hospital so much in the last three years I lost all contact with them .

it would be great to contact them. Web site is still up but didn't see recent activity. A boat club is better than no club so I plan on going to the meeting place/lake next weekend if I can make it.
