Many thanks to Sub Ron 8 guys and girls for the fantastic dose of Sub therapy at yesterdays run,we had a great time, great food ,great fun and most of all great friends. Nice that Jim was able to make the trip. Even though I took my camera I didn't take 1 picture so I hope to see some later. Hope that this is a tradition that we can continue with.
Bruce,
As usual, it's always great to have you guys join us. The day started very cool, but after noon when the sun appeared, it was very pleasant. Thanks again for the butter tarts. I have one stashed away for later today. Donnie, thanks for doing the grillin'.
I had a great time and like you Bruce ,I didn't take a single picture too. I hope someone got a shot of me speedboat playing submarine . FYI it still worked after I got it home. Now it too has air ballsat bags in it so it won't do that again. Greg
Patti and I wanted to thank our Canadian friends and Jim Butt for making the long trip to run with us, and to Brenda for making those great Butter Tarts. Many thanks to Mrs. Goodcookie and her able assistant for all the cookies, Renee for the great brownies, Donnie for doing the cooking, and everyone else that brought food and treats. It was a great day to run the boats with great friends.
We also were enjoying the company and the day that we forgot to take the group picture. Fortunately Patti remembered to take some pictures of the boats running.
Honorable mention goes to Greg: He brought his new rescue craft to show everyone and actually got to do his first 3 rescues from the jaws of the pond's weed monster. Great job Greg!
