Folks,
It's now official. We're scheduled for the fall / winter schedule for the indoor runs at the YMCA in Shrewsbury, PA. As usual, we're set for the second Sunday of the month, from October thru April. The actual dates are:

We have use of the pool from 1000 until 1300, at which time we hit a local resteraunt to solve the worlds problems over
