Don get in the water, NOW!
Be like the little train that could.
Take the day off from work and come to the boat with us other 4 Guys. It is going to be a great day. If you don't come we are going to have to invite Jeff. So please come.
Now that the boat tour is out of the way, we will have our regular gathering at Beach Pond State Park, Rt. 165, on the RI side. This is an RI park that has a great beach, but is closed to swimming, and has no facilities of any kind. The CT side of the pond is full of swimmers and boaters. The RI side seems to be almost ideal for what we do, water wise. Bring water and snackage, and go potty beforehand! 1030 AM. 20 AUG 11. We have options for chow afterward. There is a classic American diner just down the road in RI called "The Nowhere Cafe", 'cos it's in the middle of nowhere! Great "waffled 'possum" steak & eggs! As well as other roadkill diner favorites.
