Its a variety of hardwood Dave. You have to experiment to find what you like best. Just make sure its hardood.

Bad enough she got manhandled and terrified at the Fun Run!!!!!!!!!! Most carnivores she's ever been near! I think she's a wee bit traumatized. Besides, I don't think she coulda handled seeing Kevin's toes!

Don got a Master Forge at Lowes.
It looks like yours but has two doors in front. It has upper and lower vents as well.
We got it put together yesterday but it was to late to use it. BD.

You can tell george he has inspired me to make a dock for our club as well. I will be starting that today. Gluing planks should be easy while laid up.

You spend all day at Bobs and there is only one picture? And of two gimps to boot.
Kevin what do you mean by "that egg"? I have one of those and it's the best I've ever owned.
BD Patty will change her mind when Don gets that smoker going. Low and slow is the trick along with a lot of experimentation to find the flavors you like. Books are good to give you ideas and get you started but you need to play around with it on your own.

Don has a great rub he makes up from Dinosaur rub and Lee and Perrins.
It is great on ribs.
