Well gent it seems we are right around the corner for this event and I wanted to touch base with a few of you on the food.
I will be bringing the smoker out there this year early in the morning to get us a good meal going.
So far the plan is to do some tri tip, picnic pork butt, and brisket (if I can find some)
My question you all of you. Does anyone have some food allergies I should know about before I start the dry rub and injections of these meats?
I also wanted to see who was going to show up earlier on fri.
