East Providence High School swimming pool, 20 FEB 10, 10:30 AM TO 3:00 PM. 2000 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence, RI. 82 degree water, so be prepared to add foam!!!!
If you wish, meet at Tony's place and we'll caravan over from there at 10:00 AM.

Take care, bring snacks & drinks! Maybe we'll get some gourmet weinies afterward.

As I don't have much (read ANY!) indoor pool run time, is there a recommended SPF number? Don't want to cook, ya know!!

Sorry to say sun tan lotion will not help you.
We really love our two hours of sauna time each month but it's a killer. BD.

Ok boys with the new info. just obtained from Big Dave you should take your shorts with you and a light T shirt. This will solve two problems. You will stay cool and when you get pushed into the pool you will have something to change into. I am not saying there is a plain to throw anyone in the pool, but s**t happens. Am I right Kevin?

That is a good idea.
George (Crazy Legs) Ivan always wears his swim trunks under his pants and wanders around looking much cooler while the rest of us are swetting to the oldies!! BD.

BD's advice is very good. We always enjoy the sauna for the Winter SubComEast indoor runs too. Think layers when it comes to getting dressed!

As BD said it's a sauna in there. It makes going back out into 15F temperatures feel nice. The 2 hours is about the limit. We wouldn't want BD to melt away to nothing, it just wouldn't be BD.

Yep, Shorts and a T shirt seems like the attire for the day. There is a changing room at the end of the entry hall. Run some subs, go for a swim, then eat some FOOD, sounds like it mite be an enjoyable day.
I wonder if Kevin can swim with that cast on, what do you guys think any bets on it?

For that matter, throw him a waterproof camera and put him to work taking some shots of your subs running.
