How is your Kilo plastic kit conversion to RC going?
I purchased a Kilo after seeing your project posted on this site.

I made my own WTC

I made my own WTC with my newly acquired lathe.
but
- it's too heavy (caps made from solid brass)
- the axle for the prop is not turning smoothly.

So, I decided to try again with plastic endcaps,
which will again be turned on the lathe.
I have not started this second attempt.

The hull is ready and all movable planes work.
I also found an acceptably sized 5-blade screw.

Ps. maybe better we continue discussion in the
general forums, so as not to "hide" this from
others possibly interested.
