Value of possible kit for sale - need help in value of a kit

I have a Type XXIII from 32nd parrallel that I may want to sell. It is set up to take Dand E,s wtc-3. It is completly finished and has been run. Accurate armour details have been added to the boat such as aft conning tower, deck walkway,and some smaller details on deck and in the conning tower. Conning tower has been scribed for detail. I am just not sure how to value this kit.

there were a few on ebay -w/o wtc sounds like about 300 or greater depending on condition condition condition--sorry about that.

sounds pretty cool, any pictures?
