SCDS June Meeting

Well, Warren and I were the only ones who braved the heat to run our boats this month. It was extremely hot, but we managed to find some shade under a couple of beach umbrellas.

U480 had electrical problems...no power to the motors and my sub is waiting patiently for me to finish installing the WTC, so we went with the surface boats this meet. Warren had built a new radio and receiver for his Happy Hunter and we managed to do a field test of that unit. His range with this new set-up is UNREAL!

Hopefully next month we'll get a bit more participation....would be nice to have some sailing buddies.

Sorry guys, I did what I could to make the trip this month but it just didnt work out. If I where alot closer than 4 hours I would have been there.

Whats the status of Gilligans Island, why was it unavalible? At least there's shade trees there.

Seems the City has an "Easement By Necessity". Unless realestate law is different in Ga, the city gets the win.
