I won't be able to make this Fun Run either
This is getting disappointing, I can't even make it to these things. Hey I'm not even sure I can make St. Louis the way things are going.
Any sub nut is invited to come. You do need to be a SubCommittee member to run a boat, however.
This really is a great location - I have a bunch of photos posted of our May fun run there if you're curious.
See them at www.rc-submarines.com and go to the "SubRegattas" page.
You are a cruel, cruel man, rubbing salt into a wound like this.
I was so ready to hit Carmel after the "Parade of Boats", I mean rabid with excitement and now can't make it or St. Louis as well. Just not living right or someone really hates me!
I'll be there! And St Louis too! I'll have a Dumas Bluefish with me at Carmel and I hope to have a second sub at St Louis and there won't be ANY disagreement as to whether it's nuclear powered or not!
Hi Mark -
Admission to SubRon6 is free - as long as you are a paid up member of the SubCommittee ($26). If you are not a SC member, you can come to the fun runs - but due to the SubCommittee insurance coverage we carry - you may only observe, not run a boat.
To join the SC, send your money to the SubCommittee membership chairman, Jim Butt. His contact info is on the main part of this website SubCommittee membership sign-up page.
