    May I ask what system

May I ask what system is driving that Seaview.
    Is that BigDaves WTC RCABS?
Can you tell me does it have functional sail planes?
    Any issues with nose dive?
    Does it have a ADF/APC?
    Has it been painted?

    Nice pool...lots of fun.

      Not only is Bigdave's system

Not only is Bigdave's system driving the sub but so is Bigdave.
That is my Seaview, unpainted yet.
The sail planes are functional, and no APC.
All Seaviews have problems with nose dive.
You can trim it out to eliminate a lot of the problem, but it will never go away.
This Seaview has my own hybrid ballast system which has a RCABS-R and low pressure blower. I was testing my new drive system and was quite happy.
Although my steering servo died and all I could do was go FW&BW ,she moved out smartly. BD.

        Hey I actually recognized that

Hey I actually recognized that sub as yours.

Your not too far south of me.
        I love the Adirondacks.
I am on the US/Canada Boarder at Cornwall across from Massena.
        Cheers to my neighbours.

I must ask my local pool if I can give my SeaWolf a try.
Otherwise, we all freeze up here waiting for breakup.

Yet when it comes I have many excellent beaches, crystal clear water and I am on a pension....its going to be a great spring and summer.

How long do you guys wait to run in outdoor temps up here?
How warm must the water be for a sub like Robbe SeaWolf?
Wondering about slight shrinkage and a WTC leak.
Or is that a non issue?
        Cheers Dave and Ivan.

          Well, if you can call

Well, if you can call 250 miles by land not far...... but then its closer to just 200 miles by sea. Actually Rochester is well west of the Adirondacks. We are situated smack in the middle of the South Shore of Lake Ontario, or as we sometimes call it, the"North Coast" of the US. Those waters can be crystal clear or murky as mud, depending on weather conditions and how much the zebra mussels have been feeding. Pond conditions likewise vary at the local parks, which are numerous. We generally move inside by around October or November. Water temp hasn't really been much of a factor for us. Just be sure your o-rings stay pliable and properly lubed.
