I was having a chat with Fred Ellis, who is the AMS exhibition secretary at the Brighton show. He's extended an invitation to Sub Committee members to share the poolside tables at the Merstham Show, which is held over the weekend May 17th and 18th.
It's held in a school grounds where they have a respectable sized swimming pool, about 6-7 feet deep. It suits small to medium sized models best- the larger models can experience problems turning around in the pool.
It's a golden opportunity to chat with fellow sub modellers and run your submarine in clear water. Plus a chance to test the integrity of your sub at the deep end!
I will attend for at least one of the days, would be nice to see some others there, please PM me or post here if you would like to attend.
