The first indoor run for SubComEast was lightly attended, but hey, we're just getting the ball rolling here. In attendance was myself, Jeff, and Gary. One of the Task Force 50 guys (Bob) stopped by for much of the time also.
Here's the group mug shot.

Jeff brought his Seehund, I had Batfish and Blueback, and Gary was empty handed, but working on an Engle fleet boat. Here's Jeff's Seehund on patrol]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v299/subdude/SubComEast/07%20November/seehund.jpg[/img]
I had a few issues with water seepage in Blueback, and partway thru the run Batfish had the ballast vent valve stick shut and refused to submerge. I think that maybe 12 years or so is getting near the end of service life of a vent solenoid.
There's a church group that meets in the Y, and we had a number of interested spectators for a while, wondering just what we were up to. Time to start recruiting!
I really like this shot, there's nothing like a relaxed sub driver

If you didn't make it, you missed a great time. Maybe we'll see YOU next month!
