This footage of the SubRon6 Fall 2007 Fun Run was shot with my new Oregon Scientific Camera. The quality doesn't show in Photobucket at the resolution I had to post it at (due to it's size) but the image is very good!

Very nice Tim. Looks like you had 5-6 feet visibility. Last we ran in Black Creek Park a week ago we only had 2-3 feet. You didn't seem to have the "bead of water" problem we had. As we would surface the bottom 1/3 of the image would be distorted from it until it went away. I've heard suggestions to use the divers anti-fog liquid to break the surface tension but haven't tried it as yet.
Looks like they fixed the leak in the pond at Carmel? That's good news.

Thanks guys - I recorded about 45 minute of footage and I tried the diver's anti fog liquid, but then it seemed to cause kind of a blur effect (which I edited out!) Maybe I didn't rinse the lens well enough after applying the stuff. Will take a little more playing around, but this is one heck of a great tool for RC sub guys!Comment
