Okay guys, it's now official. We now have an indoor venue for running boats during the winter months. I have secured the use of the indoor pool at the YMCA, 100 Constitution Ave, Shrewsbury, PA 17361 once a month on Sunday mornings. The planned schedule is:

All meets will be from 10:00 untill 1:00. Our access to the pool will be through a door directly from the parking lot, so you won't need to carry your boats and stuff more than a few feet and you'll be poolside!
The Y is charging a nominal fee for the use of the pool to cover the cost of the lifeguard, we'll split it among those attending.
Shrewsbury is located roughly halfway between York, PA and Baltimore, MD (20 - 25 minutes or so from either)
Please let me know if you're planning to come, and I'll get directions to you if needed.
