      Beale Park Dates

I am advised that the dates for Model Boat events at Beale Park are 5th-7th May, 4th and 5th August, 29th and 30th September.

Regarding the submarines, they usually have some in the May event, although it depends as and when different groups/individuals book in.

      Regards

      Clive

        The International Model Boat Show

        more details here - http://www.modelboatshow.co.uk/

There are always a good selection of model subs here at this show. You dont stand much chance of seeing the larger models get wet due to the size limitations of the 2 indoor pools - although we had fun last year with our micro subs.

From my table of exhibitors I know of 6 subs that will be there. Normally the AMS are there with an array of subs and there are other model clubs which sport some nice looking subs too! Not to forget there are usually traders selling sub hulls and bits too.

As I say not much sub sailing, but still a show worth visiting.

          We'll be making the long

We'll be making the long trek from Edinburgh for this show for the 3rd year running. No subs with us I'm afraid but looking forward to a good day on Saturday.

              Not to be churlish, but

Not to be churlish, but if you read the second paragraph at the top of the page, you will see that I politely requested that folk don't post directly on this thread.

I did this for good reason- the previous year the thread ended up pages long, with dates dotted all over the shop.

Please let me know by private message if you know of a show I haven't listed, and I will include it in the list.

              Ta,

              Andy
