Inclement weather won't hurt... at a President's Day Meet here in Arizona some years back, it rained (yes - rained) all day! Mike Dory had his Type IX in the water and was starting a run when a spectator asked him "Won't your boat get wet in the rain?" Mike's response , without a pause was "...lady, it's a submarine, it's supposed to get wet". Does that help?
