If you weren't there you missed a good run - I've attached a few shots. The weather was great - It was clear and I think it made it to 62 Sat afternoon (even though it was snowing in 'sconny as I drove through on Friday morning and was 27 degrees!)
We got to the pond about 10]http://www.subcommittee.com/forum/icon_wink.gif[/img]
Dave Hampton - a big WWII Finlander sub - the hull is done and the WTC is under construction. Dave's using a thigh sized BP bladder for the ballast system.
Bob Eisler - type XXIII and Robbe U-47
Brian Brozek - Bruggen Delphin
Gene Wisner - unstarted 1/72 Scale Shipyard Gato and new Merriman WTC
John Schagane - Thor LA and D&E WTC 3.0
Tom Dye - D&E Skipjack with some nifty light panels installed for night running. Tom's boat stalled out on him but he brought his fishing rod with a tennisball on the end of the line, casted it out and retrieved the errant sub without having to climb into clammy waders!
Kerry Addington - came to shoot the breeze.
Eric Coons - new guy from Cinci. Getting fired up to work on his sub - he is building a lost foam Albacore.
Matt Munger and his GF - Carol Carol is a great sport, helped Matt carry his stuff and sat watched and smiled and chatted the whole time - even tried running his sub for awhile - Bruggen Delphin and 32nd P type XXIII.
Me - Type 32nd P type XXIII - ran well. Had a little water in the WTC 3.0 but not enough to mess things up.
Chris, John, Dave and I talked about possible dates for the regatta (yes we are doing it again) since the usual date is off limits due to the Brickyard 500 being run on the last weekend in July. Chris is going to do some checking as to availabilities.

Chris Campbell's USS Donald Ross, Arleigh Burke class DDG Destroyer keeps an eye on a surfaced U-boat.

Kind of a neat shot of Bob Eisler's type XXIII conning tower and scope.

Bob Eisler runs his Type XXIII

Tom Dye tightens up the set screws on his Skipjack

Matt Munger and his GF, Carol.

Chris Campbell ® shoots the bull with fellow Indy Admirals and SubRon6 member Dave Hampton (L).

John Schagane (lft) talks to Dave Hampton (rt) about his Finnish WWII era sub.

My 32nd P type XXIII at periscope depth.
