I got permission from Tony G. to post a couple of photos that were taken at last Saturday's SubRon4 run at North Lake at Subase New London......enjoy!
That's right folks......our favorite r/c sub spot is still there and looking better than ever! This is a shot show a good part of the lake and Tony's alpha trials of his recently completed 32nd Parallel Type VIIC. Good job, Tony!

Here's a shot of some of the folks who came to enjoy a good day of running and cameraderie.
Brian,
The Rouges' Gallery;
Back, l-r; Howard Kestenberg, Tony Gallonio, Bob Harris
Middle; Steve Sinkwich
Front, l-r; Don Evans, Bill Lambing
Howard has his Revell U-995, Steve is fondling Tony's PT boat,
while Don and I are trying not to drool all over Tony's Type VII!!
Either Mike Donnelly, Chris Nutting, or Dave Tanguay took the picture.
T/C,
Bill
ps- By unanimous constituent urgings, STILL Commodore of SubRon 4!! B^)
Drool , more like not strain something ! No it is fine boat and looks trimed very well . I have the same boat , stole her from a former Editor Gene Burgar , a real nice guy and one heck of scratch builder ! I ran mine around a few times and she has sat ever sence .
A lot of work must go into one of those hull's ! That looks like a Dumas PT boat and a Revell VII , my other favoreites !
Hope you guy's took more photos and will put them up here.
I know Don Evans & Chris Nutting , good guys !
And I am GLAD to hear your still Commodore of SubRon 4 !
