To reset your password choose this option that is displayed when you attempted to login with your username: "Forgotten your password? Click here!"
You will be sent an e-mail to the address that is associated with your forum account. Follow the simple directions to reset your password.

I'm sorry to say that I've gotten an answer from the publisher. The book is out of print and there are no plans to reissue it. In fact the outlet for it (Subnet) has been discontinued.
I've already scanned, some of, it and I'll bring it to the next meeting. I'll get a list of what each guy needs, scan it and send it.
