        Hi All,

For David's benefit, does any one know the situation at Plymouth with the decommissioned nuclear boats? Can anyone visit? (When visiting from Australia a diversion to Plymouth is not too far!)

Great set of photos by the way.

          Sorry forgot to say.
I've written elswhere on the forum that the Jecobin plans created a stir when they came out.

They are thought to be pretty close to the reality.

thanks for those excellent pictures. Maybe when I get round to finishing my Resolution re-build - and starting the one I got from Ramesh - I'll be able to add some more authentic detail. Once the UB16 and Typhoon get finished that is! Fortunately they are getting close to completion.

Its amazing that there are very very few photo's on the net of the R class SSBN's , i'm just lucky that I had several books ( some out of print too ) lying around lol.

I look forward to seeing the models now.

                Actually you should thank Davie

We all seem to be named David on this site and no we are not all the same person

Maybe we should all change our name to Bruce!

                Davy - I mean David!

PS Anyone going to Barley lands show - see separate thread.
