SubRon 4 CHANGE OF COMMAND - Hail and Farewell

Bill Hodgkins and I have have concluded a change of command in the positon of Commodore of SubRon 4. I wish Bill every happiness in his retirement and thank him for his service and support as our founding leader. Fair Winds and Following Seas, Ol' Salt!!
