Hi Rick.... You didn't say anything about your Type IIc U-Boat that I seen last fall. Have you shelved it to devote more time to the BIG TYPHOON? Did I send you some photos of my OTW Type VIIC. I finished the hull and now I have to start saving cash for the WTC & other electronic hardware. let me know when everybody starts meeting again at the lake...

The pictures of your U-boat look stunning! I am anxious to sail with you! I will be sure to let you know when we hit the lake again! I am still working on the Type II, just a lot less lately. Took on a job of doing custom paint jobs on model helicopter canopys and have been traveling a lot for my main job. Even the Typhoon has been sitting for too long. But the extra cash will get me on track! I also am re-finishing the LA's WTC, just finished making a machined end cap on my lathe and rebuild the radio tray out of polycarbonate.

I run my sub in beautiful (muddy) Lake Mayer in Savannah and I'm looking for a good place to run with clear water. Are there any clear water areas allowing model RCs.
