    Mare Island Regatta

    Despite the fact that my U177 is not quite ready for the water, I dropped by the SubComMI Regatta on Saturday and snapped a few pictures.
    I'm not really sure which boat belongs to who, but thought I would post the photos anyhow.

            Hello all, I was at

            Hello all, I was at the san fran run.The water was perfect,and the weather was sunny and warm.The pic of the first boat is mine, the USS. Daniel Boone 629, i took a few pics too.

              Too Bad nobody got a

              Too Bad nobody got a pic of me popping a torp at the Destroyer. U-57 had 10 succesfull torpedo shots and 3 hits!
              (plus I sank a truck)

                I was there on Saturday, I don't remember seeing the sun, but the water was perfect.
                If it's possible, I would like to see some of your photos posted here.
                I've only been a member since April, so I guess I should have made the rounds and introduced myself to a few of you who were there.
                Maybe next year, I can participate, assuming I have no catastrophic malfunctions of my U 177 between now and then.
                The red X's in the original post was a typo in the URL of the pics, I guess that's what the preview post button is for ]
