SubRon 4 Inactivation

Just so the SC community knows, I have requested the inactivation of SubRon 4. Many factors have played into this decision, but there it is. Each of the last 4 members can/will pursue their own level of participation in future SC gatherings as they wish. 20+ years is not a bad run! If there is interest in firing the group up again at some future point, that can be looked into.
