Clear Water - Any Lakes with clear water?

Does anyone know of a good pond or lake to run a submarine?
The Lake/Pond should have at least 8-10 ft visibility? There should be public access. Preferably in the South East GA/North Florida. Thanks

I am not from Florida but Silver Springs is about as claear as you can get anywhere - but I don't know if there is public access. I was on an underwater video shoot a number of years ago on a river near Wildwood that was super clear as well (sorry, I don't remember the name). A call to the Florida Dept of Natural Resources might net you a good spot.
