Also, this Saturday 2019-11-16 we are attending the LONG ISLAND MINIATURE MODEL SHOW in Freeport NY

Meeting at 0830 at the Imperial Diner in Freeport.

Main topic at breakfast will be the launching of the ADMIRALS DINNER.

For you folks who don't understand what that is, we plan to take the wives out for a "Dinner and a Show" to express our appreciation of their tolerance w/respect to our submarine shenanigans.

That goes for anyone who may want to reach out and join us! The hosting club, ESMM, is a fantastic group of guy's with nice running pond centrally located in the NY Tri-state area!
As I may have mentioned before, there is NOTHING like a group of old time Tug sailors who will FIGHT over the chance to rescue a stranded sub on the surface!

A week this past Friday, the gang and I did indeed attend the Empire State Model Christmas Party in Whitestone Queens.
Food, fun and raffles!
I took the 50/50, Fred Swendsen walked home with tons of swag including Radio's, ESC's etc. At least when he's not contemplating turning Christmas Ornaments into ballast tanks!

It's always nice at my age to be the youngest dude at these events.
