Looks like it was a good event! I was out in Little Rock, AR last weekend for a memorial for a sub vet I used to work with on USS Razorback (SS-394).
I think it would be good to do a SUBCOMDEEPSOUTH event as well. Down here in Charleston, there's not very many great venues. Joint Base Charleston has a decent lake at Lake Moultrie, but it is pretty rough on wave action, and it's not open to anyone in the public (military only), so perhaps there's another decent venue like Cohutta has? Worth looking into. I'm currently allowed to travel within 350 miles of Charleston with little to no hassle, and it is cooling off down here in the south.
