Great to see another good turnout at our run yesterday.

Am proposing March 9 for our next one. If too many report problems with that date, we’ll figure out something else.

Weeellllll, I will not be able to make it. You might remember (or did I share it?), I went to get a welding setup for my son after our last run. I tore my shoulder loading it into the car and will have surgery on the 5th.
I tried to get Tina to drive me down, but she is helping at the school for the play going on that date.
So Ralph, I will get you your props by mail.
Neil are you up in Vegas this weekend?

Tom, I am still in no hurry.
I have not yet started the cylinder.
I have Skipjack repairs to do.
I had a ballast tank piston idle gear bind up by a grain of sand in the grease.
Wednesday, the parts arrives.
I hope to disassemble the electronics tray Sunday or Monday.

Seems like something happened every run.

Okay, reminder everyone: the next SubRonLA meet is this Saturday the 9th at the usual spot and time. Mike, sorry to learn you won’t make it—we’ll miss you. We’ll pick a date for next time and let everyone know, of course. I’ll be there with Blueback as usual, but must leave around noon for another commitment that’s come up that day. See you guys there!

Happy to report another good time and decent sub run yesterday. Pleased to see Mike show up when at first he thought he wouldn’t make it. Missed chatting with Farlan—hope you can show up next time, sir. Happy to see Shuzo could come by; sorry John Lim didn’t stay a bit longer so we might’ve gotten more caught up, but I did see one of his Viking ships once again proudly plying the waves. Great to see Will and Ralph and Neil as always. Hope to have my Seaview repaired in time for our next run, now scheduled for April 27. Hope Tom Chalfant will be able to join us again then too.
