    Delphin minisub, first night out

    Last night we had our monthly run at the local Y pool, and I got my Delphin minisub launched (and with great help from Greg Wagner got it trimmed out properly). This was a hull kit that Big Dave kindly gave me last month, very different than the ones I have built before, much smaller so everything is tightly packed in.
    I modified the tail planes on it a bit (going to be experimenting with shapes, that should be allowed since it WAS a prototype sub, after all! ).

    Chris' new boat does not live up to his "speedy" name.His name is about his build speed. less than one month and running well.
