    January YMCA run

It was fun but just about everything that could have gone wrong did with my FS1.
All due to poor prep on my part.
CI got a taste of how the FS1 likes to dive. And dive and dive and dive. Lol
I think he bought all the foam a Home Depot had to ballast his out.
I thought it ran well for his first time out.
He needs lighter motors and battery.
    But we had fun. BD

That is what happens sometimes even with proper prep, it keeps our hobby interesting! You guys will knock out the issues, I am sure.
If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

It was a fun night. Greg ran the Red Baron and it ran great as always. it's fun to see it jump right out of the water! BD ran his little footy sailboat and his FS1, CI ran his newly finished FS1. Chris ran the Orca, and used it to rescue BD's little footy. Here's some pictures:

I knew I had problems before I put it in the water which is always fun.
        Let's see!
My pitch and roll were reversed.
        My right pump was wonky.
My left nozzle linkage had popped off.
So basically all it wanted to do was dive to the starboard.
Actually made for some cool barrel roll maneuvers.
        O well! BD

Don't forget that Don O had his Boone running perfectly and Patty had one of her Chris crafts running well and Larry had his Neptune too. All in all a great night out
