Assistance Please - Converting Revell 'U' boat to diving

New to model submarines but I am wanting to build the REvell 'U' boat as a full diving model. Can any body help on how to do this,

A number of folks are looking into converting this kit into a running R/C model. I haven't heard that anyone has had the time to complete a conversion since the kit is so new...but please check out the message thread in the "R/C models" section for a discussion of the Revell Type VII.
