The European Union has recently enacted the General Data Protection Regulation (GPDR) on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union and the European Economic Area.
As a U.S. incorporated non-profit organization the SubCommittee, Inc. is not required to conform to the European Union GPDR (General Data Protection Regulation).
However we do wish to inform you that as part of the registration process certain information is collected that is specified by the GPDR (i.e.: username, e-mail address and IP address). This information is not used by the SubCommittee other than for the purposes of allowing you access to the SubCommittee forum and communicating with you on forum issues. We do not sell this information nor make any other use of it.
By registering and using a forum account you indicate your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to these conditions, do not complete the registration process.
