Sometimes it is hard to find someplace to eat other than the same restaurants that you have at home. We have a really great local pizza place here in Carmel that is less than 5 min from the pond. Some Guys Pizza is voted #1 all the time here in the Indy area and I highly recommend it. If you google map the place, you'll see it is on the same road as the pond. They have a big dining area where you wouldn't be smashed into a booth with your group. They serve alcohol for those that want something other than soda to wash down your pizza, too. I thought it would be a great place on Saturday after our running that day for you all before the speakers that night.
They aren't set up to do any type of discounting with our group but they said they might be able to swing something your way while there. Ask me at the pond for more info if you are interested.
