I found a supplier for neoprene blood pressure cuffs including very small infant sizes. Of course these are used for the Dr. Art Broder RCABS ballast systems such as used in Dave Welches WTC kits. I am going to swap out the adult one I have in my Hunley for the smaller infant one #8201 2.25" X 4.25". There is a tinier newborn size one that I also got. The newborn size #820N is 2" X 3.25"
