Hi After six years of continuous operation of my USS Scamp it was time to haul out my sub and do a major re fit and painting of the boat. Since I had found the bottom of the Cement pond over in San franciscos Fly casting ponds and a few rocks here and there I had to fill in some scratches with bondo boefore I could prime the hull. I came across some new Guitar picks ( yes I said Guitar picks!!) from a company called Wedgie These picks come in different thicknesses and the thinest one is colored red. The guitar pick is perfect for putting bodo into hairline scratches without smearing it all over the hull. What is better is they seem to last a long time and also are very cheap $2.50 for a package of 5 I loved it as I could fill in the scratches without smearing the bondo into detail scribings. They can be found at any music store. I do not play guitar but I guess they work well with guitars too. Also buy a set for yoru dad or son Wouldn't it be nice to give that special person in your life a wedgie
