For fun, I scratch built an RC VIKING Rowing Boat. Arbitrary decided 9 rowers per side plus 3 crews. The hull is clinker built and boat shape and proportions slight deviation for RC suitability.
The Rowers are just moving representing rowing work but that is just an illusion. Its a shallow draft boat so not good for windy moments or rough seas. Sail is just for looks. She has no dynamics to hold sail up in the wind.
It was a very laborious job as I cannot buy many basic parts. Had to make my own crew.
