hi all, thanks for taking the time to read this, im looking at making a ruv for gold recovery in my home country of new Zealand (were men are men and sheep are scared)
so im thinking of building a tethered sub powered from the surface and controlled via Ethernet cables.
so questions are how deep can i go with off the shelf seals/ what are some good designs to make seals?
what would you say are the more efficient propulsion styles?
any thing you can recommend other wise?
my design at the moment is similar to the srv11 on mikessubworks with a 5kg pay load between the skids for working the gold bearing materials
